Teens and Kids
After school activities have never been so fun! CrossFit Oakdale Kids and Teens program teaches kids to enjoy fitness and healthy life habits while learning how to move efficiently. We will safely introduce them to a variety of fitness equipment, focusing on technique and strength building to get them to the next level.
