Today’s conditioning WOD is a little bit different – after a million squats this week, visit I wanted to change it up. The WOD is 1 Snatch every 10 seconds for 8 minutes. I believe this is 48 Snatches – but my math sucks. Your last one will be performed between 7:50 and 8:00. Every 10 seconds, # 40mg perform a Snatch. If you fail to perform 1, you must wait until the next 10 second period. For example, if you perform a Snatch at 0:00, and at 0:10, but are to tired to perform on at 0:20, you must wait until 0:30 to perform your next lift. The weight is our standard CrossFit game day weight, 135/95. Please, scale so you can at least perform the first 10-12 Snatch without missing – after that, things may get interesting.
