OBE – Overcome By Events Since the calendar turned 2017, I’ve been actively engaged at work. For the last 8 years or so, I’ve written a daily post about CrossFit. In the last month or so, I’ve been lucky to have written anything at all. CrossFit stuff, anyway. I will tell you, I spend all day writing. As I type, I’m reminded of 17.1. It’s hard not to be reminded of it – the tightness in my back is a constant reminder! 17.1 was the grunty-est of grunt workouts we have seen in the Open.
