Today was day 1 of the Kettlebell Swing Challenge. I got to do AT LEAST 50 swings with McKenna and Bri after this morning’s class. If you are getting a coach to do swings with you for extra points, you have to ask them. You cannot jump in on someone else’s ask. You can ask multiple coaches. Our Kettlebell Swing Challenge starts tomorrow. Starting off with an extra 10 points will be: Scott, McKenna, June, Brad C, Josh, Eric and Diana. There is still time to sign up, heck you could sign up the last week in May. Quick refresher on the rules: HOW TO PERFORM: Kettlebell swings can be done at any weight (within reason), height or style. Challenge yourself – heavier weights for more challenging or eye level swings and lighter weights for newer movements.
