Our Kettlebell Swing Challenge starts tomorrow. Starting off with an extra 10 points will be: Scott, McKenna, June, Brad C, Josh, Eric and Diana. Quick refresher on the rules: HOW TO PERFORM: Kettlebell swings can be done at any weight (within reason), height or style. Challenge yourself – heavier weights for more challenging or eye level swings and lighter weights for newer movements. HOW TO LOG: At the end of EACH day, you will text your # and which weight you used to Alison at 209-345-4380. For example – 100 swings @ 35#, 50 swings @ 53#, 50 swings @ 70#.
