If you have been around on the MisFit Complex Days, you may have seen some people focusing on the transitions between the movements. This is our goal tomorrow. You may not get as heavy on the lifts, but try and transition cleanly, smoothly and even a little flow-like tomorrow as you go through the complex.
Monday’s schedule will have Mobility class at 8:30am and WOD at 9am. We will be separating out teams at 10am.
