4-Week Kettlebell Swing Challenge: Starts April 29th!
Ready to take your kettlebell swings to the next level? Join us for the 4-Week Kettlebell Swing Challenge starting Monday, April 29th at CrossFit Oakdale! This challenge is designed to build your endurance, power, and techniquewhile increasing your overall strength with kettlebell swings.
Whether you’re new to kettlebell training or looking to improve your form, this challenge is for you! You’ll have the support of our amazing community and expert coaching every step of the way.
Challenge Details:
- Start Date: Monday, April 29th
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Goal: Improve endurance, power, and technique with kettlebell swings
- Who Can Join:
- FREE for Unlimited Members
- $20 for Non-Unlimited Members
How It Works:
Throughout the 4-week challenge, you’ll complete a set number of kettlebell swings each week. Choose a challenging but manageable weight to start with, and feel free to increase the weight as you progress. We’ll be tracking everything through SugarWOD, so you’ll be able to see your progress week after week.
The Best Part – Prizes:
- Top Male/Female Prize: $30 gift card for the Top Male and Top Female based on total weight completed during the challenge.
Example: 1 swing at 35# = 35# toward your final score! - Bonus Prize: For the person who goes above and beyond — completing more swings than required and showing extra dedication!
