This Thursday we are bringing back the 6:30pm class!No more rushing to make it to 5:30pm. If that class works with your schedule please make it your new Thursday evening class.
The Eat Well Live Better Challenge Baseline and measurements will be Saturday at 8:30am. If you cannot make that time let Alison know. Challenge starts Monday the 16th. There are still some spaces left. It is a great way to dial in your nutrition along with the support of the community.
