My advice is this is a burpee workout, even though it looks like a dumbbell snatch workout. You can hemorrhage way more time by being slow on the burpees, then you can by being slow on the dumbbell snatches. Use small sets on the snatches and keep the dumbbell very close to your body. You are probably going to hinge, then really fight it. If your shoulders get below your hips, you are bleeding efficiency. Finally, you will need to warm up throughly before this workout, you will need to get hot and sweaty and breathy before you go. Join the warmup at 9am tomorrow. If your heat is a little later on, we will put the warmup on the board for you.

•10 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs
•20 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs
•30 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs
•40 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs
•50 dumbbell snatches
•15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes.
