Today was day 1 of the Kettlebell Swing Challenge. I got to do AT LEAST 50 swings with McKenna and Bri after this morning’s class. If you are getting a coach to do swings with you for extra points, you have to ask them. You cannot jump in on someone else’s ask. You can ask multiple coaches. If you get ALL of the coaches, I will give bonus points.

Don’t forget to text me by 11:50pm with your total swings and the weights you used…209-345-4380. Don’t worry, I turn off my ringer unless you are in my favorites:)
