The week ahead

This week 8 of our current strength cycle.  We will re-test our lifts next week.  Monday will be bench press, Tuesday will be a conditioning workout, Wednesday is Deadlift and Friday is Front Squat.
I need a #cfo100 roll call.  Monday is day 83.  Who is still in?
Tuesday night at 5:30pm we will have a costumed workout. We will be voting on best dressed. The #1 costumed athlete, as voted on by gym members, will get three passes to be in control of the music for an entire class!

In 2 minutes, run the Parking Lot.  In the remaining time, perform as many Clean and Jerks as possible

In 2 minutes, run the Parking Lot.  In the remaining time, perform as many Jerks as possible

In 2 minutes, run the Parking Lot.  In the remaining time, perform as many Cleans as possible
