Normally on the day before a competition, we run and row. Rain is in the forecast, so we will do something a little different.
We are going to bench press. Not too heavy, but it might get nasty. I am going to put a recommended weight on the board, but if this is too heavy, lower the weight. You should never be in danger of getting stuck under the bar.
