Day 4 of the Burpee Challenge! Don’t forget that loose change to pump up our jackpot slowly but surely.
Not going to lie, last week’s version of the workout was one of the worst I’ve ever done. Was it the Deadlift, the Clean, the lunges, the way the KB or DB kept you off balance or what. But it was a doozy. I bet you could have Miller Lite commercial, instead of Tastes Great! Less Flling! you could argue Dumbbell Clean! Kettlebell Lunge!
We’ll make a slight, possibly a major change. Instead of lunging with weight, you get to drop the weight entirely, in fact you don’t have to lunge at all. The downside? You gotta get upside down and push.
So, let’s go it again.

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds of:
KB/DB Deadlift 53/35 or 50/35
KB/DB Clean 53/35 or 50/35 (Dumbbells from the ground, kettlebells from the hang)
4 Sets of 12
DB Bench Press, Palms Facing In
You hand position should be similar to the bar/ring dip
