There’s still time to get in the #cfo100 burpee challenge.  100 days, 100 burpees, no excuses.  There’s a $10 buy in – the cash will be split among the winners – those that complete all 100 days.

We will have some incentives to grow the pot to keep it super interesting.  If we do this right, it will be like a redneck checking account.  Except with fitness. For example, tomorrow put in 2 pennies for day 2. Third day will be $.03. I think you see where this is going.

Tuesday’s workout will be tough.  There is lots of breathing, but you will need to pull off heavy, technical lifts with a high heart rate.  Scale the Snatch to 70% of 1RM.  DU sub is 2 for 1 singles.
