It’s Complex….

We are going to be doing some complexes this week that will be done in a lead up to the Open. Don’t worry too much about the weights on these, they might highlight some weaknesses. This is where we will be training technique.

Workout of the Day

Strength

“MisFit Snatch Complex”

1 Squat Snatch

1 Overhead Squat

1 Hang Squat Snatch 

1 Overhead Squat

You must hold on to the bar, so your weight may be limited. That is ok. 

20 minutes to build to a heavy complex.

Conditioning

8 Rounds for Reps

In 1 minute, Row for Cal 10/7

In the remaining time of the minute as many Snatches as possible 75/55

Rest 1 minute
