form to the left and we will contact you to schedule your first visit.
All new Athletes will complete a Foundational Course. These 3 classes (approximately 1
hour) will teach and review the foundational movements of CrossFit (squatting, pulling
and pushing movements) as well as secondary movements (body weight and gymnastic
movements.) Once you are ready to join the CrossFit classes you will have the
terminology and progressions for movements under you belt.
If you have experience, we can schedule your first class.
