All new Athletes will have the opportunity complete a Foundational Course during their first month. These 3 classes (approximately 1 hour each) will teach and review the foundational movements of CrossFit (squatting, pulling and pushing movements) as well as secondary movements (body weight and gymnastic movements.) These classes are offered once a week, as a supplement to the regular classes.
