Workout of the Day
Stand up in the High Hang, and lower the bar to just below the knee. Hold just BELOW the knee for a 2 second pause, then you may Snatch.
Work to a heavy single in 20 minutes, but be advised, this is a positioning drill. If the bar is pulling you forward, or you are jumping forward, focus on pulling back on that bar. If necessary, keep the weight light and hit those positions.
