CrossFit Team Series

Did you have fun in the Open? Do you love when we say “pick a partner” and split up your workout on those challenging hero workout days? Well, CrossFit’s Team Series is coming up! Teams of 2 people and 2 weeks of workouts. Similar to the Open, you have 5 days to complete the workouts, and you can do them HERE! We love to judge you:) Also like the Open, there are RX AND Scaled versions of workouts. Brian and I did it last year, so if you have any questions, let us know! Besides if you find your CrossFit Bestie you will be all set for the Franniversary Competition in December. (Early bird pricing goes through the end of this month.)

Workout of the Day

Every 2 Minutes for 16 Minutes

Sled Push 10M Out/10M Back

Because there is extra rest time as compared to the other workouts we have done, you should try and go heavier than you have done in the past.


Alternating for 16 M

1 Rope Climb

20 Situps OR 10 GHD Situps
