Bring at Friend at 9, Team CFO “Lumberjack 20” at 10

After 5 weeks of the CrossFit Open and a weightlifting seminar, rx we’re back to a normal Saturday.  9am will be a Bring a Friend WOD.

At 10am, this we will tackle the Lumberjack 20.  This may use every barbell in the gym, but I’m sure we can get a lot of people through this WOD (even though it may take 45 minutes…)

If did the Open or regularly RX WODs, give the Lumberjack 20 a shot.

20 Deadlifts (275/185)
Run 400m
20 KB swings (2/1.5pood)
Run 400m
20 Overhead Squats (115/75lbs)
Run 400m
20 Burpees
Run 400m
20 Pullups (Chest to Bar)
Run 400m
20 Box jumps (24/20)
Run 400m
20 DB Squat Cleans (45/35lbs each)
Run 400m
