We hope you had a great Christmas! We are back to normal hours on Wednesday.

We will be doing a new version of the Century Club on New Years Day at noon. I will discuss more about this in the coming week, but it’s a 100 round workout – 1 Thruster, 2 Pullups and 3 Burpees. You can do the math real quick. If you are going to do the whole thing, plan on being there for 2 hours. But we can scale a lot of things – time, weight, movement. As I said, more to come.
