For the past few weeks I, Alison, (your fearless leader – comment by Brian) have been participating in a nutrition program through Precision Nutrition. Every stage of our lives has something going on. Maybe we are newly married, maybe we just had a baby, maybe our kids are off to college or we just got a new job. Transitions are everywhere. Transitions tend to make us go off track – emotionally, physically, nutritionally. Our focus might no be on being healthy or staying healthy. That’s ok. Sometime we need to deal with our moments. If we stay off track, it is much harder to get back. Your train might have veered off into the woods and it is dark in there.
