Final Week for Milo.  We’ll do the HS work on Tuesday, adiposity a Max Effort Split Jerk on Wednesday – much in the vein of what we have been doing the last 2 weeks, a conditioning workout from CrossFit Mayhem, and the Push/Pull OTM on Friday.
