Strength/Skill

Snatch

5 sets of 2, store 70% of 1RM

Do 2 Snatch every 2 minutes once you’ve built up to your lift.

Conditioning

Perform as many Snatch/Squat Ladders as possible in 7 minutes.  One round is:

1 Snatch 135/95

5 Air Squats

2 Snatch

10 Air Squats

3 Snatch

15 Air Squats
