Our Kettlebell Swing Challenge starts tomorrow. Starting off with an extra 10 points will be: Scott, McKenna, June, Brad C, Josh, Eric and Diana.
There is still time to sign up, heck you could sign up the last week in May. Quick refresher on the rules:
HOW TO PERFORM:
Kettlebell swings can be done at any weight (within reason), height or style. Challenge yourself – heavier weights for more challenging or eye level swings and lighter weights for newer movements.
HOW TO LOG:
At the end of EACH day, you will text your # and which weight you used to Alison at 209-345-4380. For example – 100 swings @ 35#, 50 swings @ 53#, 50 swings @ 70#. (make sure to include any you did in the classes)
No text before 11:59pm? No score will be logged that day.
HOW TO EARN POINTS:
Every picture or post to Instagram (no instastory) with the @crossfitoakdale and #mayisforswingers will earn you 3 points.
You can earn 1 point for every 50 swings you do each day. There will also be mini-challenges along the way….kind of like a kettlebell bingo card.

FIRST Mini-Challenge: Get a Coach to do 50 KB Swings with you! This may be a challenge as this idea will be new to the coaches. – worth 10 points. (Don’t forget you will get an extra 3 for the social media post.)
Non CrossFit Oakdale peeps can participate! Near or far, as long as there is swinging, texting and documentation, they are welcome!
