5 Bar Muscle Ups (Rounds 1, 4, 7 and 10)

For 1 minute perform

10 Chest to Bar Pullups (Rounds 2, 5, 8 and 11)

15 Kipping Pullups (Rounds 3, 6, 9 and 12)

As many double-unders in the remaining time

Rest 2 minutes after each round
