Wallclimbs, 3 for men, 2 for ladies

If equipment is an issue, wait for a bar to open up.  It takes about 10 seconds to do 5 deadlifts, maybe faster.  Use the rest if equipment is occupied, and focus on attacking the deadlifts unbroken.
