BOLO!!!

Please Be On the Look Out (BOLO) for Gina’s wedding ring. She lost it yesterday in the morning. Platinum band  & gorgeous diamond. It fell out of her bag that was on a bench.

Thursday’s workout is a hero workout dedicated to Firefighter Scott Deem, who was killed during a 4 alarm fire in San Antonio, Texas on May 18, 2017.  This is an interesting one in that it is short, with a heavy component.  Because it is short, and there are a bit of wall ball and burpees, you won’t get that many cracks at the heavy bar.  If you are moving fast, you may get 25, at the absolute top, 30 heavy pulls.  My recommendation is that you pull as close to RX as possible.  Make it heavy, but no ratcheting.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 11 minutes of:
5 deadlifts, 315/225
18 wall-ball shots, 20/14
17 burpees, over the bar
